Greendale Views is a luxury 5-bedroom, three bathroom country escape located just one hour from Melbourne, 30 minutes from Daylesford, 12 minutes from Blackwood, 20 minutes from Trentham and 35 minutes from Ballarat.

Just 1km from beautiful Egan's Reserve, there is easy access to tennis and basketball courts, well-equipped playground, footy oval, cricket pitch, covered rotunda and free barbecues.

Greendale Views is the perfect place to relax and unwind with everything you need to be fully self-contained, yet close enough to major Victorian centres that there's plenty to explore as well! In minutes, you could be yabby fishing in the property's private dam, golfing at Ballan Golf Course, visiting St Anne's Winery, cycling, hiking or 4X4'ing through the Wombat State Forest or simply enjoying the beautiful views.

Easy driving access to Ballan, Bacchus Marsh, Ballarat, Blackwood, Trentham, Daylesford...and only 50 minutes on the highway from Melbourne!

Egan's Reserve

Beautifully maintained reserve with children's playground, tennis / basketball courts, covered rotunda, free barbecues, cricket pitch, footy oval, exercise equipment, walking track and public toilets.

Wombat State Forest

A large re-growth forest just a short drive from Woodend used for four wheel driving, bush walking, cycling and bird watching.

Swimming Pool

Relax in the shade or have a swim in the 4m X 10m solar heated swimming pool (not so warm in winter, but swimmable if you're game!)

We have everything you need (including espresso or plunger coffee) to cook up a storm (or the Greendale Pub is just 1km down the road!)

The Greendale Country Pub is one km down the road and the Plough Restaurant is less than 10 (minutes drive if you're after something a bit more upmarket!)
